Currently a member of the Intellectual Property team, focusing her practice on Intellectual and Industrial Property infringements, handling matters in the criminal law area, procedural strategies, litigation, and advising on trademark and anti-piracy matters. She has also focused on the development of research, training, and coordination with various collaborative agencies in the field of Intellectual Property, such as the Police, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the National Customs Service.
She has experience in human rights, civil law, and procedural law, as well as legal advisory services in English, proceedings before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, legal research and drafting, and has been active in academia as a teaching assistant and co-tutor for undergraduate students in Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Procedural Law, and Civil Law courses.
