His professional practice focuses on labor litigation and workplace disputes, as well as the drafting, review, and updating of internal regulations, investigation protocols, and procedures related to Law No. 21.643 (“Ley Karin”), in addition to other instruments concerning preventive management, regulatory compliance, and labor relations. He also provides technical legal analysis aimed at the strategic management of contingencies and the efficient resolution of labor disputes.
