Bachelor of Legal Sciences with highest distinction. Currently a member of the Intellectual Property team, focusing her practice on Intellectual and Industrial Property infringements, handling criminal law matters, procedural strategies, litigation, and advisory in trademark and anti-piracy matters. She has also focused on the development of investigations, training, and coordination with various collaborative entities in Intellectual Property matters, such as Police, Prosecutor’s Office, and National Customs Service.

She has experience in human rights, civil law, and procedural law, as well as legal advisory in English, proceedings before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, legal research and drafting, and has been involved in academia as a teaching assistant and co-tutor for undergraduate students in the courses of Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Procedural Law, and Civil Law.
