Our labor law department provides employers with the essential tools and information to engage with their employees, while respecting the overall legal framework and labor laws. Some of our key areas of focus include:

  • Review of individual and collective contractual tools and instruments.
  • Drafting and/or reviewing internal manuals on order, health, and safety.
  • Collaboration in the establishment and/or maintenance of joint committees on health, safety, training, and employment.
  • Consultation and negotiation in collective bargaining matters.
  • Representation before the authority overseeing labor compliance issues.
  • Training to prevent or effectively address individual or collective problems.
