He is the founding partner in charge of the Intellectual Property area, leading and coordinating all matters related to the registration of trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights, with a special emphasis on their legal protection in cases of infringement. He leads and develops procedural strategies and litigation in anti-piracy matters, which includes investigations, training, and interaction with collaborative entities such as prosecutors’ offices, police, and customs authorities.
Expert in trademark litigation, infringements, copyright, and unfair competition:
- Postgraduate degree in “Copyright and Related Rights”, University of Buenos Aires.
- Diploma in Substantive Criminal Law, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
- Industrial Property Course at the Institute of Invention and Innovation, Tokyo, Japan.
- Diploma in Intellectual Property, FinisTerrae University.
