He is the head of the Intellectual Property department, leading all matters related to the registration of trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights, with a special emphasis on their legal protection against infringements. He heads and develops procedural and litigation strategies in the field of anti-piracy, including investigations, trainings, and interaction with collaborative organizations such as prosecutors, police, and customs. He is an expert in trademark litigation, infringements, copyrights, and unfair competition.
- Postgraduate degree in «Copyright and Related Rights» from the University of Buenos Aires.
- Diploma in Substantive Criminal Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
- Industrial Property Course at the Institute of Invention and Innovation, Tokyo, Japan.
- Diploma in Intellectual Property from Finis Terrae University.
- Member of ACHIPI, ASIPI, AIPPI, INTA, ABPI, ABAPI, AOTS.
