Member of the Intellectual Property team, with a practice focused on the prosecution of infringements in the criminal sphere, design of procedural strategies, litigation, and advisory services in trademark protection. Participates actively in the development of investigations, execution of training programs, and coordination with public bodies, such as police, prosecutors’ offices, and customs authorities.
Additionally, she has experience in the translation of legal texts and specialized documentation in various areas —social and scientific—, with a particular focus on Public Law and Intellectual Property.
