In the last 25 years, he has advised corporate clients, both domestic and foreign, in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, and healthcare sectors, in all stages of the employment relationship. He has stood out for his ability to anticipate risks and issues, providing innovative legal solutions that strengthen the legal and ethical position of companies. When it comes to negotiations, he is known for designing and then implementing agile and creative strategies tailored to our clients’ needs, aiming to achieve tangible results and avoid unnecessary conflicts. Given his specialty in Labor Law, he is committed to the client’s business goals, providing legal advice aligned with business objectives, always with a sense of ethics and integrity as pillars of his professional practice.

In 2021, he was recognized by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) as one of the leading Labor Law attorneys in Chile and as one of the top business lawyers in the Region. Additionally, Leaders League has recognized him in the Labour & Employment area in 2024 and 2025.

He is a co-author of the manual on «Working Hours, Breaks, and the Right to Digital Disconnection» published by Thomson Reuters (2023).
