Her practice focuses on labor disputes and employment litigation, with particular emphasis on the drafting, review, and updating of preventive management instruments, internal workplace health, safety, and order regulations (RIOHS), investigation protocols, and strategic management of labor relations. She carries out rigorous technical analysis of labor controversies, legal risk management, and efficient dispute resolution, integrating a legal, organizational, and strategic perspective into the design and implementation of prevention and safeguarding systems in the workplace.
